Refund policy

If you have questions prior to making your purchase about what size to order, or what our refund and return policy means and how it applies to your purchase, we urge you to contact our Customer Service Team.  We are here and happy to help you make the best size and item choices!  

At A Chorus Line Dance & Halloween Store we offer exchanges or store credit on selected items for in store purchases.  

We will make every effort so that you are pleased with your purchase but occasionally we need to offer a refund on a purchase.  Refunds are available for online purchases with a 10% restocking fee and no refunds on shipping costs either direction.  If a return label is requested, that fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. If the initial shipping cost exceeds the amount paid for shipping, that will be deducted from the refunded amount.  Please email us at info@achorusline.net to let us know the reason for return or if a replacement is preferred.  Item must be in original condition with tags attached and in an new/unworn condition. 

The following items are Final Sale, No Returns or Exchanges:

  • Tights, masks, wigs, hats, makeup, hairspray, and prosthetics
  • Undergarments
  • Mystery Box
  • Closeout, sale or discontinued items 
  • Any item considered hygenic in usage
  • Products that are worn, altered, missing tags or pieces, or show signs of debris (such as pet hair or stains)
  • Costumes, corsets, costume clothing items and accessory items 
  • Specially ordered items
  • Any items purchased from October 1 - October 31 (excluding dance shoes and traditional dance apparel). 

In Store, Exchanges or Store Credit are allowable if:

  • Made within 14 days of purchase
  • Qualifies for an exchange or store credit as written above
  • Receipt is presented

If you are local, please make exchanges in store. If you are unable to visit us in store, please e-mail info@achorusline.net within the 14 days to notify us. We will review your request, and if we approve then we will contact you with further instructions to complete the exchange. You are responsible for return postage but we can send a label and deduct it from the exchange.

If an item is returned and falls outside the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return/exchange.

If the returned item(s) meet all the criteria, a refund or store credit will be applied to your account for future orders. 

A refund/ store credit will be issued only for the price of the merchandise and any applicable taxes less restocking fee/ shipping charges if applicable.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your exchange to be processed. If September, October, November, please allow 4 weeks.

If you would like to make an order with a store credit on your account, please email info@achorusline.net so we can manually process your order using your store credit.
